This pennisetum works great as a vertical accent in the landscape or large mixed containers. It pairs well with petunias, calibrachoa, zinnias, verbena and sweet potato vine.

To keep this pennisetum looking its best all season, here are some guidelines for care:
Water regularly. Allow the top inch of soil to dry between waterings. Avoid soggy soil.
Fertilize every 2-3 weeks with a water-soluble All Purpose fertilizer.
Best colour in full sun
Minimal pruning required. Remove damaged leaves if required.
