This kohlrabi is great for containers, gardens and raised beds.

To keep this kohlrabi looking and tasting its best, here are a few guidelines for care:
Quick to mature
Slow to bolt
Water regularly (allow the top couple inches of soil to dry out before watering again)
Fertilize once a week (easiest to do with a water soluble fertilizer in a watering can)

This kohlrabi is versatile and can be stir-fried, boiled, grated for salads or eaten raw. Harvest when the bulb is the size of an apple, before it comes woody.

Pests to watch for include cabbage worm, flea beetles and aphids.
