Cauliflower is best grown in the garden or raised bed.

To keep this vegetable looking and tasting its best, here are a few guidelines for care:
Always sweet + mild
Water regularly (allow the top couple inches of soil to dry out before watering again)
Fertilize every 2 weeks (easiest to do with a water soluble fertilizer in a watering can)
Produces heads weighing 1-2lbs

Harvest cauliflower before the curds start to separate. Harvest immediately if they are. Cut the stem 3-4" long.

Pests to watch for include cabbage worm, flea beetles and aphids.
